Oslo
We are in very cold norway with sibon, Danny and holliday. So far they have been doing very well, sibon have been placed 15th and 7th in his starts and Danny was 5th in the big class yesterday. Holliday was clear yesterday, jumped the Grand Prix today and had 3 down but it was à while ago he jumped such a big class so we are not so disappointed. Tomorrow Danny will do his first world cup, fingers crossed for us tomorrow!

In Gävle
Came home from a lovely weekend in barcelona on wednesday morning and thursday morning at 5 in the morning the lorry left Grevlunda for Gävle with me, Anna, Holliday and Texas, thriller and Sammy Joe from Lisen. This show is not so lovely, it's raining, it's mud absolutely everywhere and it's cold., but okey I only have one horse so I think i'll survive this weekend. Holliday jumped a 1,30 today and was clear. Barcelona was like I said earlier lovely, and the horses did very good and it was warm and nice. Now it's time to jump in the shower and go to bed. Malin

Viva la France
We are in beautiful villeneuve sur lot in france. I only have sibon and and Danny with me so it is not so busy days for me. The guys have been super good with Sibon clear in all his starts looking really fresh. Danny just jumped one class so far and was 5th. Now I just had some lunch and soon I'll be heading to the stables to make Danny ready for the Grand Prix. Fingers crossed! Malin

First and second day
The show has been going very well for us the first days. Sibon jumped two 1,45 and was clear in both he jumped amazing. Holliday was second yesterday in the 1,45 and today he went quite slow in the qualification for the derby, had one down but jumped good. Danny had one down yesterday in the 1,50 but were very fast and jumped good. He is not jumping today so Peder is riding him a bit now and then we are watching the team in the nations cup, fingers crossed for team Sweden! Malin

Swedish summer and the cutest foal ever
I' m having a few days off so I went to visit my family down south. Very nice but the weather could have been a bit better, around ten degrees all week end. Swedish summer at it's best!
I also went to see proud mummy Tamina and her foal, it's so cute! Trying to figure out a good name for him but it's really difficult!

A long way home
Rebecca came down to help me with the drive back home. Very nice since I'v been on the road for five weeks now!
We left Rome in the evening and did a first stop in the mountains on the border to Austria. Next stop in Rostock ( in the picture) and now we are driving the last bit home to Norrköping. Can't wait to get home and sleep in my own bed again. Next show is Rotterdam in three weeks so now both me and the horses are going to enjoy some nice time at home!

Rome
I arrived in Rome late on Tuesday evening and the rain was pouring down. Anna from Lisen had been nice and put straw in my stables so I could unload the horses quickly and then start to drag all the stuff through the mud.
The next morning I took the horses on the lunge for a while before Malin came to ride. They were all fresh and happy, Baltimore was a bit too happy but after a while he settled down as well.
In the evening all the Swedish grooms went for dinner at Hard Rock, nice!
Tornesch jumped the small class on Thursday and looked fine but later in the day he had a fever and could not jump the Nations Cup on Friday. Very disappointing since he was in such good form the week before but that's the way it is with horses sometimes. He was good again on Saturday but we decided not to ride him anyway, would be stupid to risk something.
Baltimore jumped his first 150 class and was clear, he is really impressing!
He jumped the 150 on Saturday as well with one down but jumped amazing!
Undicci also had a good show, the first day he jumped the night class under lights witch was the first time for him. He was a bit stressed out but he did a good job! On Sunday he jumped the 145 (it was really big!) and did a nice clear!

San Giovanni
We had a great week at the lovely show in San Giovanni. The weather was really nice and it's one of the nicest show grounds I'v been to!
I was stabled next to Ida from Zettermans so it was nice to finally have someone to talk to after a week alone in Bologna!
The horses jumped really good and Tore won the GP on Sunday! Baltimore was also in great form and was placed sixth in the small GP.
Unicci was behaving a bit badly the first day which resulted in Malin falling off after the first fence, she was not to happy! But for the rest he behaved well and did some nice rounds!

In Italy
We had a good week in Valencia, Bengan jumped clear everyday and really impressed everyone! He was also behaving perfectly all the time, guess he doesn't like national shows!
Tore had one down in the GCT but jumped really good, the first really big class he's done in a while.
Left Spain early Monday morning and after one stop in Montpellier I arrived in Bologna on Tuesday afternoon.
I stayed there for a week before I continued on to the show in San Giovanni where I am now.
Happy to be back around people again but the horses have been behaving well anyway but my legs are a bit sore after all the riding!
The show here starts tomorrow so today we had a quiet day, Malin rode the horses and now me and Ida are heading out for pizza!

Off to Spain
Malin only jumped Lady today in the 140 since the others are going to Spain. She was really good and placed fifth!
Olle and Challe both had one down but jumped nice so it was a good weekend for all horses!
Now I'm getting ready to leave for Spain. We drive to Belgium tonight and then we stop one more time in Lyon. It's a long drive but Rebecca is coming with to help me so it's not that bad.

Grand Prix time
I love that they have free wi-fi in the stables in Antwerpen. Now i'm having some lunch in the stable and soon I will start preparing Arctic for the Grand Prix. Sibon and Danny is not jumping today so I longed them this morning. The horses has been jumping really good, Sibon has been clear in all hus starts and Danny was 2nd in the six bar jumping 2,05. Danny was also jumping the 1,50 yesterday with one down but jumped really good. Now I have to get back to work fingers crossed for Arctic today!

A good day!
Last night we went to bed early so woke up fresh this morning!
We got all the horses out in the morning, Bengan and Uffe on the lunge and the others got handwalked.
Malin jumped the 135 and all three horses jumped clear, good job!
Frida rode the youngsters in the 120 and they were also good. Olle jumped clear and Challe had one down in the jump off.
After a late lunch (the food is great here!) we took the horses for another walk and some grass. They were all very happy since we still don't have any grass at home, only mud!

Henriksdal
Malin jumped Bengan, Uffe and Lady in the 130 this morning. The boys did clear rounds and Lady had one down but looked very nice!
Tore is not jumping this week so Malin rode him a bit in the afternoon.
Both stallions have been totally crazy today, even Tornesch who's normally very nice was rearing up an bucking around. So now I have cramp in my arm after to handwalk them both. Hopefully they will quiet down by tomorrow!

We made it!
Finally made it to Henriksdal last night after a little bit of trouble on the way. Fridas car broke down on the motorway with the trailer on it with two horses. After a couple of hours she finally got toed away to a nearby gas station where we were waiting. We unloaded the two horses (and of course just then the sky opened), put the trailer behind the lorry and soaking wet we continued towards the south.
Unloaded the horses and unpacked everything and by two o'clock we were finally in bed.

Some stable pictures!
Bengan playing with the camera. New horse Sanuro ( by Sandro Boy) looking pretty. And pony Lea getting a bath, it's muddy in the fields now!
Change of plans
On Monday morning I took a plane back to the Netherlands to pick up the lorry. Now it's all fixed and ready for another season.
Malin called me on the way and said she got an invitation to the GCT in Valencia. So instead of doing two weeks of national shows in Sweden I'll be heading south with Tore, Bengan and Uffe.
But first we are going to Henriksdal to jump this weekend with eight horses in total. It was a bit tight to get all the stuff and horses in (since I'm gonna be away for a month) but with both the big and the small lorry and a car with trailer we got it all in! Sara

Now i'm in Antwerpen I arrived yesterday. The weather is really bad but the showground is really nice. Danny, arctic and sibon is all very happy and Peder has been riding them this morning and think they feels good. Sibon and arctic is jumping tonight in the 1,40 class.

Is it really supposed to snow in April?
No show this week-end so we had a quiet week at home. My sister was here visiting, nice with some company!
Next week we're going to the south of Sweden for two weeks show. Almost all the horses are going there so the past days we spent clipping them all.
The weather has been absolutely horrible here, no signs off spring at all. Snow, rain, wind and mud everywhere. Hopefully it gets better for next week! Sara

Räven - I will miss you!
Sad times for me, my favourite horse Räven has been sold to French rider Kevin Staut.
I'm taking the lorry tomorrow to bring him down to Belgium( that won't be easy!)
The horses become kind off like your best friends and especially Räven with his fantastic personality, I will miss him loads!

Paris & Arezzo
We had a supergood weekend in Paris. Tornesch was in great form after he's break and won a class!
Räven was just as good and won the big class on saturday, a pairs jumping that Malin rode together with Ludger.
After Paris me and Rebecca headed for Italy and Arezzo. With us we had Tore, Bengan, Uffe and Lady.
We had two really nice weeks with lovely weather and the horses were doing great!
Bengan was best in show with six clears!

From shorts to winterjacket
Home again in cold Sweden after two weeks in Arezzo. There the sun was shining here the rain is pouring down. The horses did very well, arctic was only jumping the 1,40 classes and looked very fresh, Sibon did a good as usual and Danny finished off with a 10th place in his first 1,60 Grand Prix. Now I have a week at home but it id time for me to start clipping them again, cause it looks like we are going to Lummen in the beginning of next week. Malin

Pit stop in Marl
I left Sweden early yesterday morning, the trip went well but Räven seemed a bit confused travelling on his own in the small lorry. We arrived at Hans´s place in the afternoon so I took Räven for a walk before putting him and Tornesch back on the lorry. I was a bit worried if they were going to be able to travel next to eachother in the small lorry but best friends as they are it was no problem at all!
Drove the last two hours to Ahlmanns place, put the horses in their stables and then me and Emma went for a nice dinner!
Today I rode both horses in the morning, outside for the first time this year, so nice! They both feelt good and it was really nice to be back on Tornesch again!
Now I´m gonna go and take them in from the walker and then we are gonna have a quiet afternoon. We leave for Paris late tonight so we don´t have to drive in to the city when it´s to much traffic!

The old ladies says hello!
I' m on my way to one off the nicest shows off the year, Paris!
With me I'v only got Räven but I'm picking up Tornesch in Holland tomorrow. Tore hasn't been to a show since Olympia in December so it's gonna be really exciting to have him back!
I'm comming with the small lorry couse the big one needs to leave for Arezzo on Sunday. But I'm teaming up with Emma from Ahlmann so I don't have to drive all the way to Paris on my own.
Now I'm at Thomas and Helenas place to rest for the night and to visit the old ladies Tamina and Espri. Tamina is having her foal in a month and you could really tell! Hard to belive it's only a year ago she was jumping in Gothenburg!

Spring is in the air
Today we had a beautiful day here at Grevlunda, the sun was shining and it was over 10 degrees hot. For the first time this year we could open the windows in the stable and the horses were really happy to be able to look out and enjoy the sun. I started the morning with putting Sibon and and Danny, who is having a few days off, out in their fields they were both very happy and celebrated by rolling themselves properly in the mud. Good for them, not as good for me who has to clean them up, but I'm happy as long as they're happy. Then I longed Arctic and I did it on the outdoor paddock for the first time this year, after that I rode Holliday and Agge. All the horses were really fresh and happy to finally be let out of the indoor. Tomorrow it's some more riding on the schedule and I hopre for another sunny day!

Feels like spring!
The weather is lovely at the moment so we'r enjoying the sun!
Me and Rebecca took Actrice and Lady for a hack in the woods yesterday. It's been a while since they were out and I could really tell. Before we even left the yard I nearly fell off. Actrice was bucking around like a youngster but after a while she settled down and we had a really nice ride!
Today Malin jumped her a bit and she looked really nice (but a bit too fresh still)!
In the afternoon Emelie, Hanna, Rebecca and Frida left for a show in Högbo so I'm home alone this week-end. In the picture is Laledy (or Lady, or princess) enjoying the nice weather!

World Cup final here we come!
Gothenburg is over for this year and as always it was a really nice and well organised show!
We had some mixed results this time but Räven jumped the World Cup with one down, finished in nineth place and is now ready for the final!
Malin was very happy with the two new horses so it's really looking promising for the future.
Lady is like a dream to take to the show, I don't think I ever had such a well behaved horse with me! Räven on the other hand is getting a little bit out of control. I might have spoilt him just a bit too much ( Malin said I made him a monster but I don't think it's that bad!) so now he's on a no sweets diet.
Baltimore has been behaving perfect all week and I'm really impressed with him, the only bad habit was trying to eat the curtains!

Couple of weeks at home
arrived at home not to late at sunday night after a fantastic weekend in Gothenburg. The horses have been jumping great the whole weekend, even though Peder was not feeling very well they did some nice results. Sibon started up with one down in a 1,40 class the first day but since there was not many clears he was placed 7th. Danny jumped the 1,50 with jump-off and was clear the first round but got a little too excited in the jump-off and had two down.
Second day Danny was first to go in the 1,50 world cup qualifyer and jumped a beautiful clear ronund, but not very fast. Sibon jumped the 1,45 with jump-off, probably the biggest course he ever jumped but did it very easy and clear, but in the jump off he knocked down the very last fence, but he was placed 8th.
On saturday Sibon had a day off so i just lunged him a litte bit in the morning and in the afternoon it was time for Danny to jump the Grand Prix. It din't really go that good, I think the horse and maybe Peder aswell was a litte tired so they ended up with 16 faults, but it was for sure the biggest class he ever jumped and only his second Grand Prix so int the end it was good for his education to get in there and try.
Sunday Sibon was jumping the 1,45 speed final and he was for sure not tired and once again made a clear round, not that fast but enough for 10th place. After I was finished I took Danny out and then I could watch the World Cup which Lisen was riding on Matrix and they did a nice round with 8 faults not to bad, it was their first World Cup.
This week Peder is on vacation, Danny and Sibon have a few days off, hopefully the weather will be a little better so they can go out in the fields a litte bit, and I have to jump into my riding pants and help to exercise the horses at home.

A good start!
I arrived well in Gothenburg on tuesday evening. Got my usual corner in the stables wich is really good couse its so quiet here!
On wednesday morning I took Baltimore out first when it was still not so many people here and he behaved perfectly! Then I rode Räven and Lady in the arena and they both felt fine. It's the first time Lady is at a big show like this and she is really cool.
In the afternoon it was vet check time, all three horses trotted good and once again Baltimore was behaving, very nice!
Today Malin rode Baltimore and Lady in the arena in the morning but before that I had time for a nice breakfast at the hotel, thats something you can't miss here!
Lady jumped the first class with one down and some timefaults but did a really good job. Bengan was next to go and did a really nice clear round!
Now I'm gonna get Räven ready for the last class of the day and hopefully he's still in good form.

Scandinavium
Sibon found the candy in my grooming box
Now I've packed almost everything, including my own stuff, I just have a few more things to pacj in the trunk tomorrow, but Peder is riding the horses before we go so I have to do the last after he ridden. The horses are clipped and I gave them both a bath today, hopefully Sibon is still clean tomorrow, he is white and not very good at keeping himseft clean. To Gothenburg I bring Danny and Sibon but since Lisen is going aswell and she is bringing Matrix, Texas and Thriller so its quite full in the lorry anyway. It's nice to have some company and help with drving for once even though it's not very far to Gothenburg, I think we have about 5 hours.
I'm relly looking forward to see these two horses, there a little bit younger and not so experienced, but I hope they will do well. They are both in good shape anyway we went to Borås last weekend and Danny was 3rd in the Grand Prix qualifyer and had one down in the Grand Prix but jumped great and Sibon was 3rd in a 1,40 and 3rd in the middle tour final. We also had Agge, a 7 year old there and he did his first 1,40 and was clear and got a price.
Now I'm going to sleep, bur I will write more this weekend.
Malin
Off to Gothenburg
Its been a while (again...) since the last time a wrote and there's been a lot going on. I took Räven and Uffe with me on tour to Amsterdam, Zurich and Bordeaux. All really nice shows so it was a good way to start off the year. Undicci was really good with clear rounds in almost every class! He is much nicer to handle now as well but he is still called "the little monster" at the shows!
Räven has been going brilliant, seventh in the GP off Amsterdam, third in Zurich and fifth in the WC in Bordeaux!
When I got back I went to a national show in Borås with Bengan and Actrice. It was Actrices first show back and I thought she was gonna be totally crazy but she was not bad at all! It's really nice to have her back again but I almost forgott what a handfull she is at the shows. But it's worth it!
Bengan is getting better and better to handle and this time I manged the vetcheck without any rearing up and messing around, nice! He jumped really good so now he gets to go to Gothenburg. I'm going there tomorrow afternoon to give Bengan some extra time to settle down. Räven is jumping the big classes and then I have a new horse with me aswell. She's a nine year old mare by Voltaire called Laledy ( Lady). We only had her for two weeks but she's been jumping really good at home so it's gonna be very exciting to see her at the show!

2012
Right now i'm sitting and waiting for Anna to pick me up, I've lett the lorry on service. Yesterday evening we came home from a show in Roggel. With me was Agge, Danny and Sibon. Sibon was doing really well with prices in all his starts with a 7th place in the small Grand Prix as the best. The other two didn't really have any luck, but it was a good show to get them started on. Now i'm going home to unpack the last things so everything is organized for the next show. Malin
